Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a mobile phone that I purchased in your shop just a few days ago which was not functioning properly.The first malfunction I noticed was when I tried to make a call, the network signal was not detected. In addition to that, sometimes the mobile phone is getting switched off automatically when I make a call. Moreover, the mobile battery needs to be charged everyday for minimal use.

I insist that you replace the not functioning mobile and send me a new one. I believe this matter deserves your urgent attention.
